Yesterday was Sydney's first birthday! ALREADY!! It seems like we had just brought home this quiet, little, still, bundle of joy. 
Yah, not so quiet, little and still anymore--still a bundle of joy though!!

We had a houseful of family to help us celebrate Sydney's birthday.

We had a houseful of family to help us celebrate Sydney's birthday. Grandpa Garry, Grandma Jo, Aunt Katherine, McKaylynn, Taylor, Rylan, Cami, Aunt Launa, Shea and Remi. Plus, the night before we had Aunt Kristie, Haylie and Anna! Thanks everybody for coming and being part of the festivities!
Sydney really didn't want to have anything to do with opening her presents. It's a good thing she has older siblings to help her out!
Sydney is a little smartie pants. She picks up on things so fast. She taught herself how to go up and down the stairs (mommy still doesn't trust her!) She knows what a phone is, a camera and ICE CREAM! She'll attack you if she sees you eating anything sweet! She only has two teeth still but eats about anything you put in front of her. She sleeps through the night but only takes one long nap during the morning. She's into everything and doesn't play with the toys she has. If you leave your shoes around they will "walk off" by themselves. Sydney has a shoe fetish (that's not a bad thing!!) She always has somebody's shoes. Still not walking but any day know I'm sure she'll just take off! Tomorrow is her 12 month checkup so I'll post her weight tomorrow.
