Last night Morgan had her first band concert. All day long she would get a little nervous. She didn't eat much dinner because she said her stomach was in knots. Too cute!
We got to the school and off she went to practice. We didn't see her again until she walked out very confidently onto the stage.
This is my Morgan that used to NEVER leave my side. My Morgan who would freak out if anyone looked at her or if anything changed... she did NOT like change!

You wouldn't know it now though!! She did so AWESOME!! She even played in a quartet with three other flutes and a saxophone. These kids were the only ones that could play Up On the Housetop because they went ahead of schedule! That's my Morgan!!
I have it on video but my computer is not working with me tonight...(okay maybe it's not the computer) Maybe we'll figure it out later... :)
When she was done her comment was "that was fun!!"

Awww what an exciting night for you all! That darn computer needs to learn to do what it is told ;)
It's amazing how kids can sometimes surprise you! Katelyn is the same way and actually got up on stage and performed for her dance recital!
