Should not be blogging--have too much to do this weekend to get ready for Sunday. But-need to give my brain a break or something bad might happen.... and just remembered something else I have to do...
Christmas Eve my mom came and brought this 5 lb chocolate snowman! Made our village look tiny--or their yard decoration was out of control! :)
Samson turned two on Christmas Eve. Westley was super excited to give him that toy tire. And that's all he got and all we did!
We went and saw Rouge One the Star Wars movie during the day. Sydney realized we didn't have any Christmas cookies to leave out for Santa so we made cookies after the movie. That night we ordered Rattlers and came home to make up three plates of food. One to take to our friend Lynda and the other two we delivered to the guys who had to work at Jeff's office. Then back home to eat ours. Finished the night with a Christmas movie.
Christmas was on a Sunday this year! The best--should be on a Sunday always. Church didn't start till 11am so we had plenty of time to open presents and have breakfast.

Best part of the day!!! Loved talking with Addison. He's doing great. Loving his area--he doesn't want to leave it. His companion goes home in a few weeks. He had a hard time remembering words in English--pretty funny. We were able to talk to him for an hour and 40 minutes!! Lots of time--but it went super fast. Now we have a long wait till we get to talk to him again on Mother's day!
Day after Christmas Jeff had to work so I took the kids to see the neighborhood of lights that we never got around to going during the month. Best time to go!! Drove through, no traffic, easy!
We haven't done much else this week. Went to the mall, saw Fantastic Beasts, made everyone go to Sams club with me! One more week of vacation--I love vacation.
