My Birthday!

Jeff had this great idea in his head to surprise me for my birthday by going to Disneyland!  Because 20 years ago almost to the day we went before we were "officially" dating! 

So, he told me the surprise because Hello-- crazy life around here.  I decided I wanted to take Sydney and Westley too because they haven't been FOREVER and Sydney was only little and doesn't remember a thing.  The older two kids are going next month with their friends and someone needed to stay home and take care of the hairy beast. 

 Best line of the day, from Sydney..... "Is this a dream?" Seriously!  Loved watching her soak everything in and wanted to show her everything but there were a lot of people there! :(

 The expression!  She loved small world, her favorite was Thunder mountain! Pirates, Buzz, Tarzans treehouse, Autopia and Space Mountain were fun too.  We missed so much still!  Oh well.  Hopefully someday I can take her back. 

 Went over to California and stood in line forever for the Cars ride.  It was super fun and worth the wait--- all of cars land! amazing. 

 we went on the carousal while the boys went on the roller coaster. 

 Serious drivers!  They have many years to improve-- yikes.

 Were dying all day to go on the rockets!  Finally line was short enough.

 Last ride of the day!  Has it always been that fast? ha super fun and Sydney said she only closed her eyes cause the end was so bright.  As I held onto her super tight! We got off the ride right as the fireworks were starting so we never got to stop and watch since they made us keep walking and not block walkways.  We even walked behind the stores on main street!  Total bummer but Sydney saw some of it while on her daddy's shoulders. We had a BLAST and feel very grateful we got to go.  It was a late night but kids got right up for school and then crashed for bed.  :)
