Many Things...

Football is over...(Yahooooo!)  It was an awesome season, just glad all the driving is over.  Westley LOVED his team.  He loved his coaches.  The beginning of the season they were still learning to play together as a team.  They always figured it out during the second half of a game and not let the other team score...anymore touchdowns.  Towards the end of the season they were doing great!!  So fun to watch.  Westley pulled many flags and even got an interception before being shoved to the ground by the other team---ya flag football, whatever!

We had a great night at a park to celebrate these boys with pizza, presents, medals and a game.  Each boy received a medal and our coach had a quote inscribed on the back.  Something that he had been telling the boys all season.  "It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up" Vince Lombardi.  And there was a lot of getting knocked down but, these boys got right back up.

 Patriots 2012
 A DOUBLE DIGIT BIRTHDAY!!
WESTLEY'S 10!!!
Remember my post about the BYU messed up order---that I scored on?  Westley was dying for a BYU t-shirt.  whohoo
Lately he's been very into legos.  He received a set from my mom for his birthday and he had it together in a couple hours.  He also received a football so he can keep practicing for next year.  We were supposed to go to Magic Mountain on Saturday with his buddy but it decided to rain that day.  So instead his friend came over and they had lunch and a video game/lego day.

Happy Birthday Westley!!
Had the kids Parent Teacher Conferences last Friday.  They are doing awesome.  They came with me and loved to hear what their teachers had to say about them.  They were also asked if they had any goals that they would like to set for the next few months.  Westley's teacher loves having him in the class.  She loves to watch him learn.  Morgan is writing like crazy.  Every night I find her on the computer writing a story and then writing in her journal.  Her Christmas list.....notebooks, mechanical pencils and folders!  Love it.
Guess I should mention the other two kiddos.  Addison tried out for the high school swim team and made it!  (we knew he would because he's been in the class).  Swim meets start in February!  He's doing good in school--- can't wait to be done with his Spanish teacher but has an A in the class.  He has his Eagle Project turned in to get approved from the counselor.  Just doing the waiting game.

Sydney still loves preschool.  She's been talking about Kindergarten lately and can't wait to go.  Today she asked if they had share day.  She also sees other houses and says "that would be a great place to live"  Haha I love hearing the things that come out of her mouth.  I told her she was She-ra the other day and she told me she never heard of that animal!  I died laughing and then was going to show her a picture of She-ra... until I saw how she's dressed!  :)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
