Bring on Summer!

It's summer time!!  Sydney had her last day of three year old Preschool last Thursday, with a day at the park.  She has learned so much this year and she can't wait to start the 4 year old Preschool class.  And she's already talking about Kindergarten!!

Friday was Morgan and Westley's last day of school but we ditched.  :)  We went to Grandma's instead.  We left Thursday night so we could play all day Friday and then be in Fallbrook at Jeff's parents house on Saturday.  Plus, it worked out perfectly that the Wendels were going to be there at the same time for their summer beach trip!  Even better that we meet them over on the 5 freeway Wednesday and sent Addison down with them early to play at the beach.

Friday the plan was to play at the beach but it was chilly!!  No thanks.  So, we headed to the San Diego Fair.  We hadn't been there in probably 10 years... funny how it hasn't really changed much.  Always something new that's fried or wrapped in bacon though.  And a chocolate covered corn dog with sprinkles?  Ewwww gross!

Sydney just couldn't decide which blanket she liked better!
Saturday we headed to Fallbrook to see Jeff's family and celebrate his grandparents 70th wedding anniversary!  It was great to see everyone and the kids had a blast with their cousins.

Aunt Nancy- niece Wendie- Grandma- Grandpa (who will be 90 in a few weeks)

 Our cute cousin Ian!
Morgan getting a kiss from Grandma Jo
She-ra Haylie holding Westley. Remi, Shea (who's hiding) and Morgan
Most of the great-grandkids.  We were missing four!
 Love this four generation picture!!
All of the B boys but one!!!

We were missing my other nephew Rylan... but that's all the boys we got!!
We had a great time spending time with the family and catching up.  We had dinner, talked and played.

And my favorite pictures of the day.....

Grandpa Garry and Morgan
Morgan with her cute freckles!
and my niece Remi!  This girl cracks me up!
Sunday after church we headed home and sat in some traffic... what a way to celebrate Father's day!  But, all worth it when you get to spend time with family.  Wish it had been longer so we could have seen everyone!  Wait.. it's summer... we can go back!  yippeeee!  Just have to get two kids who aren't feeling good, better.  Not a fun way to start summer!
