Two weeks ago Addison received an award for his Journalism class. He and his friend were the Sports writers. They wrote some good stuff for the school newspaper.
Months ago Morgan wrote a story for the Young Authors contest. She wrote her story about a bird (could of guessed that) named Sunny. She won and got her story made into a book. Pretty fancy. She gets to keep one book and the other goes in the school library. So proud of her! She loves to write.
The Los Angeles Kings (hockey) are doing amazing this season! They are in the Western Conference Finals and if they win tonight they go on to play for the Stanley Cup! Westley bought himself a shirt to support them.
Last weekend Morgan had her Spring Band Concert. My favorite concert of the year. She loves playing the flute. She asked me if next year she could take Beginning band to learn the clarinet and Advanced band to still play Flute. Still thinking on that one.
