Sydney was SO nervous for her band concert!! Like dreading it--but guess what! She did amazing. She played all the songs, even ones other kids hadn't learned yet. It was just a small concert with one other school. She was having a hard time at the beginning of learning the flute but she has gotten so much better with practice.
We celebrated with an after concert shake--which she then threw back up in the middle of the night! Those nerves weren't done. Kept her home from school the next day but she was totally fine.
